She really takes you through all of your results to make sure you understand everything and walks through any symptoms you may be experiencing. Even if you ask a lot of questions they are kind and compassionate. I was so happy to be getting my eye exam for the first time. Then looking at glasses they help find glasses they think might suit you based on your face shape and what you like— a very thoughtful and intentional process. And the selection of frames is impressive— Unique, lightweight, colorful, carefully selected. Really some of the best care I’ve ever received.

I was able to be seen the same day! From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the young lady who opened the door to meeting Timothy who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything that was going to happen. He even selected eyeglasses for me as well. Dr. Chan, who is wonderful, completed the most thorough eye exam I've ever encountered.
